Refund Policy

Overview

Bookaro provides subscription-based software and booking tools for service providers. Refund eligibility may vary depending on the product, subscription, or payment involved.

Subscription Payments

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once billing periods begin. Users may cancel future renewals at any time.

Booking Payments

Payments made for services booked through Bookaro are subject to the individual service provider’s cancellation and refund policies.

Bookaro may review disputes or payment issues on a case-by-case basis.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of the payment system may result in account suspension or termination.

Cancellation

Users may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through the billing portal available within their account dashboard.

Cancellation will stop future billing cycles but will not automatically generate refunds for previous payments already processed.

Users will continue to have access to subscription features until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
